The Design Process

1. 1. 1. Kindly share us your custom design, with all your requirements.
      2. We will then provide a price-estimate.
      3. Once the order link is sent, you will fill in the address details, verify the order details, and shall pay approx 25% of the price-estimate.
      4. Once order is confirmed, we will go ahead with the design process.
      5. We take 2-4 working days to design and WILL share you the 3D design view; This will help you visualize the product in all views.
      6. You can choose to suggest changes to the design until you are 100% convinced.
      7. In case you don’t like the design, we will refund you the advance paid, and Rs. 750/*- will be deducted for designing charges per design.  And, this is the minimum amount and will vary subject to the difficulty of the design.
      8. After this, we take 6-8 working days to manufacture the final product, in case of Gold/Studded Jewellery; and 10-14 working days to make Platinum Jewellery.
      9. The entire process will take about 2 weeks for Gold Products, and 3 weeks for Platinum Products.
      10. Once we get the final weights, you shall pay the remaining amount and after which, the product will be shipped.
      11. It is our duty to make sure the product reaches you safely, and hence we completely insure the shipment. We take responsibility for the product until it reaches you safely.
      12. The Product will usually reach within 1-3 days in case of cities, and might take longer for Tier II and Tier III ones. The shipment delay caused due to our courier partners, or natural calamities are beyond our control, and we do not take responsibility for such delays.

          PS3: In case of any modification to the design, the changes will have to be acknowledged by getting a written reply from us.

          PS4: This process may not apply to all the products.  If it is not a customized product, or if it is a Silver product, we may not show the design preview.

          PS5: The design preview is just to help you understand the structure of the product, the final product will be similar to the preview, but not exactly the same.  Some minor changes may be made to the product to have proper strength and good aesthetics.

          PS6: There will be Tax of 3% on the final product Price.

          PS7: Though we try to make the product very similar to the image shared by you, kindly note that making jewelry is an art, and it not a mathematical formula.  So, there will be variations with different finishes, based on the ring sizes, weights, and several other factors.

          PS8: In order to support DigitalIndia, we kindly request you to use UPI(PhonePe, GooglePay, BHIM, PayTM etc.,) or Bank Transfer to make the payment to avoid any extra payment gateway charges.  Payment via Credit/Debit/Net banking will attract some extra charges.
